LP-200F Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine
1. Introduction
The LP-200F fully automatic bottle sorting machine consists of a
bottle loading machine, a bottle sorting turntable, a bottle
removal component, a bottle sorting component, a bottle pouring and
removal component, an electrical box, and a touch screen.
A large number of disordered bottles are put into the bottle
sorting turntable by the bottle feeder and conveyed to the bottle
sorting area through the conveyor belt, so that the bottles can be
vertically conveyed to the user's conveyor belt. This model uses
servo motor control for bottle sorting and dispensing, which is
stable and reliable. It has been widely used in automated bottle
production lines in various industries.

7. Advantage
7.1. This model uses servo motor control for bottle sorting and
dispensing, which is stable, reliable, and has good bottle sorting
effect.
7.2. Strong universality: Changing specifications does not require changing any molds, making
adjustments convenient and fast. Simply change the number of belts
inside the turntable and adjust the bottle sorting belt to see the
width.
7.3. More stable bottle dispensing: The tilted design of the bottle dispensing belt reduces the
buffering force of the bottle when tilted at an appropriate angle
compared to a horizontal structure, making it less prone to bottle
tipping.
7.4. Automatic Bottle-feeding Function: The automatic bottle-feeding function only needs to pour the bottle
into the bottle elevator, and the turntable is equipped with
detection photo-electricity, so as to realize the automatic
bottle-feeding when the bottle is insufficient, stop the
bottle-feeding when the bottle is enough, when there is no bottles
in the bottle elevator, it alarms automatically without manual
intervention.
7.5. With harmonization of photoelectric: When the back-channel conveyor belt bottle congestion, pause the
bottle; when the back-channel conveyor belt is smooth, again
bottle, to achieve the perfect connection with the back-channel
packaging equipment, can realize the whole machine unmanned
operation.
7.6. Depending on the situation, it can be equipped with a blowing
or mechanical bottle rejection device: when there is a bottle
inverted, the rejection device automatically kicks the inverted
bottle back into the collection hopper.( This function is optional
)
